scope=\"row\">Description<\/th>\n\n\n\n\n   <td>Information and Assistance is a service provided by the Delaware Aging and Disabilities Resource Center (ADRC). Through this service, persons who contact the ADRC can get information about and help in finding appropriate programs, services, activities, events, and other community resources related to aging and disabilities in Delaware. This service is available not only to older persons and persons with disabilities, but also to family members, caregivers, service professionals, students, and any other interested persons.
