Disability Resource Center (ADRC)<\/a>, helps people identify their long term care needs and preferences, understand the service options available to them, and make decisions about their care. It can also help them get enrolled in the long term care services that they need. Staff who provide options counseling can help individuals weigh the pros and cons of long term care service choices, understand service eligibility criteria, make plans based on service preferences, fill out service applications, collect needed documentation, and\/or complete service intake interviews.
