Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Pathways to Employment is a program designed to support low-income teens and young adults with disabilities in Delaware who want to work. The program helps participants get prepared for work, find jobs, and succeed in the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2>Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>In order to participate in the Pathways to Employment program an individual must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n <li>Want to work<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n <li>Be aged 14 to 25<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n <li>Be enrolled in Medicaid and meet related financial eligibility criteria<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n <li>Be in one of the targeted disability groups (persons with intellectual disabilities; autism spectrum disorders; visual impairments; or physical disabilities)*<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n <li>Meet certain disability-specific functional criteria<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>* People with mental health support needs are served by a similar program called PROMISE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2>Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Pathways to Employment participants receive employment-related services to meet their individual needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Services available through Pathways to Employment include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n <li>Employment Navigator<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n <li>Career Exploration and Assessment<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n <li>Supported Employment &#8211;
