To access a PDF document, you\u00a0need to\u00a0have the Adobe Acrobat Reader software on your computer. If your computer does\u00a0not already have Acrobat Reader, you can download it\u00a0free from the <a href=\"https:\/\/get.adobe.com\/reader\/\">Adobe website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Adobe Acrobat Reader\u00a0will allow you read, save or print a document. It will also allow you to adjust the size if you need the words to be larger on your computer screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Some PDF\u00a0documents take a\u00a0extra time\u00a0to download, depending on the speed of your internet connection. Please be patient while waiting for large documents, like the <em>Guide to Services for Older Delawareans and Persons with Disabilities,<\/em> to appear on your screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Most PDF files are accessible to individuals who use special devices, like screen readers, to\u00a0get information on the internet. Some of DSAAPD&#8217;s\u00a0publications were created in older PDF formats which are not accessible to people using screen readers.
