<!--[type=HTMLEDIT name=\"Content\"]-->\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>The Delaware Relative Caregivers\u2019 School Authorization Affidavit is required for a relative caregiver who is raising a child without legal custody or guardianship to register a child for public school. You can download the affidavit or contact your <a href=\"school.html\">local school district office<\/a>\u00a0to find out where the affidavit is being distributed within the district. School Personnel will help you complete the affidavit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2>Download Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>The Delaware Relative Caregiver&#8217;s School Authorization Affidavit is available here in PDF format. In order to view the affidavit, you need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader software on your computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>If you need a copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader software, you can download it free from the Adobe web site.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/get.adobe.com\/reader\/\">Get the Adobe Acrobat Reader\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have the Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer, it will open automatically when you download the affidavit. The Acrobat Reader will allow you to adjust the size of the image if you need the words to be larger on your computer screen.
