INFORMATION FOR REPEAT DUI OFFENDERS
As a condition of sentencing for your third DUI, the court requires that you participate in at least three months of intensive outpatient treatment. Below is a list of court-approved providers offering intensive outpatient treatment programs. After selecting a provider from the list, contact the provider at the listed phone number to begin the enrollment process.
