Resources<\/a>\r\n    <\/li>\r\n         \r\n        \r\n        \r\n        \r\n  <\/ul><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n              <\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n            <\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n          <\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n        <\/div><br>\r\n\r\n\r\n      <\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n      <div class=\"col-md-9\" id=\"main_content\"> \r\n\r\n\r\n  <!--[type=HTMLEDIT name=\"Content\"]-->\r\n\r\n<p>\r\n  The Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH) is charged with administering and overseeing DUI Education and Treatment Programming for individuals who are required to complete such a program as a result of a violation of Delaware\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/delcode.delaware.gov\/title21\/c041\/sc09\/\" target=\"_blank\">Driving While Intoxicated law<\/a>.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\n  DSAMH promulgated <a href=\"https:\/\/regulations.delaware.gov\/AdminCode\/title16\/6003\" target=\"_blank\">regulations<\/a> for the administration of such programs and issued Standard Operating Procedures for participants as well as providers contracted to facilitate these programs.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\n  The first step in fulfilling the requirements of Delaware\u2019s DUI Education and Treatment Programs is to complete a DUI screening and referral, which is operated by DSAMH\u2019s Treatment Access Center (TASC) under its DUI Referral Services (DRS) program.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n<h2><strong>DUI Referral Services (DRS)<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n<h3>How to contact:<\/h3>\r\n<p>\r\n  Individuals requiring DUI Referral Services may contact DRS by phone, email, or by reporting in person to one of three locations in Delaware.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>Phone: 302-421-7330<\/p>\r\n<p>Email: <a href=\"mailto:DSAMH_DUI_DRS@delaware.gov\">DSAMH_DUI_DRS@delaware.gov<\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>In-person Physical Locations of DRS TASC (Treatment Access Center):<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li><a href=\"\/main\/maps\/other\/tascwilm\/\">Treatment Access Center \u2013 Wilmington Facility<\/a><\/li>\r\n  <li><a href=\"https:\/\/dhss.delaware.gov\/tascdover\/\">Treatment Access Center \u2013 Dover Facility<\/a><\/li>\r\n  <li><a href=\"\/main\/maps\/other\/tascgtwn.htm\">Treatment Access Center \u2013 Georgetown Facility<\/a><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\n  When contacting DRS by phone, mention you are calling regarding DUI Referral Services.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Materials to have ready when contacting DRS:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li><strong>Date of DUI arrest<\/strong><\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) reading<\/strong><\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>DUI ticket number or court order<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n<h2><strong>General Information:<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<p>DRS screenings are completed via telehealth or in-person if requested.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>To participate via telehealth, individuals will need:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>An active internet connection<\/li>\r\n  <li>A working camera and microphone (e.g., smartphone, tablet, computer with webcam)<\/li>\r\n  <li>To remain on camera throughout the screening<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p>In-person screenings are available in each county.<\/p>\r\n<p>DUI screenings are provided free of charge.<\/p>\r\n<p>Each new DUI, Probable Cause, or Reckless Driving Alcohol related charge after an initial screening date requires a new DUI screening.<\/p>\r\n<p>DRS screening appointments last approximately 60 minutes.<\/p>\r\n<p>The purpose of the screening is to gather information regarding the DUI incident and the individual\u2019s substance use history.<\/p>\r\n<p>Information regarding DUI rehabilitation programs can be found in the DUI Programs Standard Operating Procedures manual linked below.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Following the screening, each participant will be assigned to an available DUI Program agency in Delaware (listed below):<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li><a href=\"https:\/\/chimes.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Holcomb Behavioral Health<\/a><\/li>\r\n  <li><a href=\"https:\/\/coraswellness.org\/services\/dui-2\/\" target=\"_blank\">Coras Wellness &amp;
