This initiative will be critical in combating the opioid crisis as well as in supporting state initiatives to care for individuals with\r\n                        substance use disorders and other behavioral health needs.\r\n                    <\/p>\r\n\r\n                    <p>\r\n                        The purpose of the network is to make current referral processes more effective and efficient at the organization level by eliminating frustrating, inefficient manual processes, creating transparency, and providing\r\n                        useful analytics. The newly created Delaware Treatment and Referral Network (DTRN) automates the current manual processes using a web-based application that securely connects providers to each other so that\r\n                        Delawareans may efficiently access behavioral health and substance use disorder care. The DTRN will have the ability to quickly locate the most appropriate and available level of care and send a digital referral to a\r\n                        provider, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You may work directly with members of OpenBeds team to configure your services, and perhaps as you and your staff learn to use the network. Accessing the Network requires only a connection to the Internet and a Web browser.
