Purpose:	The Northeast State Service Center currently offers client services administered by Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS) divisions: State Service Centers and Social Services Buildings Community Resource Assistance Services (CRASP) Delaware State Park Season Pass Diabetes Fund EBT (Electronic Benefit Transaction) Activation Site Emergency Assistance Service (EAS) clients, referrals made to Housing Alliance Delaware (HAD) Emergency Shelter – is provided for eligible EAS clients Needy Family Fund Food Closet/Clothes Closet Kinship Care Program Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program Referrals Teen Voucher Utility Assistance Division of Social Services (DSS) Purchase of Care SNAP TANF/General Assistance Medicaid Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Division of Public Health (DPH) WIC – Supplemental Nutrition Program for pregnant and nursing women, infants and young children and Budget Counseling Referrals New Castle County Partnership Community Outreach Paternity Testing site by Family Court of Delaware
