You must have a form completed by a doctor.\n\n\n  <\/li>\n\n\n  <li>You have to stay at home to take care of a sick household member.\n\n\n  <\/li>\n\n\n  <li>You are age 55 or older with no other income.\n\n\n  <\/li>\n\n\n  <li>You are a high school student over 18 and are expected to graduate within two years.\n\n\n  <\/li>\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  There are also income and resource limits that apply to this program.
