recognizes the contributions of volunteer youth and adults in annual\n\n\n\n  events; and administers both volunteer and service programs including:\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n\n\n\n  <li>\n\n\n\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/volunteer.delaware.gov\/americorps\">AmeriCorps National Service Programs<\/a>\n\n\n\n  <\/li>\n\n\n\n  <li>\n\n\n\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/volunteer.delaware.gov\/foster-grandparents\">Foster Grandparents Program<\/a>\n\n\n\n  <\/li>\n\n\n\n  <li>\n\n\n\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/volunteer.delaware.gov\/volunteer-delaware50\">Volunteer Delaware 50+<\/a>\n\n\n\n  <\/li>\n\n\n\n   <li>\n\n\n\n   <a href=\"https:\/\/volunteer.delaware.gov\/\">Volunteer Delaware<\/a>\n\n\n\n  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>\n\n\n\n  Fiscal Management Unit\n\n\n\n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n\n  The management unit provides fiscal management and financial monitoring, as well as technical support to improve service delivery through\n\n\n\n  the use of automated information systems and telecommunications equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<br>\n\n\n\n  <!--[END]-->\n\n\n  \n\n\n      <\/div>\n\n\n    <\/div>\n\n\n  <\/div><!-- \/container -->\n\n\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Listen Sections Social Services Menu Home About About DSS Sections &#038;
