You can report a change by logging in to your <a href=\"https:\/\/assist.dhss.delaware.gov\/\">Delaware ASSIST<\/a> account, \n      calling <a href=\"tel:+18668437212\" style=\"font-weight: 700;\">1-866-843-7212<\/a>, or calling or visiting your <a href=\"\/dss\/ofclocations.html\">local office<\/a>. <\/li>\n    <li>Get free, private, one-on-one financial coaching from <a href=\"https:\/\/standbymede.org\/\">Stand By Me<\/a> to help you plan your budget to prepare for the end of extra benefits.<\/li>\n    <li>Save your extra Food Benefits to use later.  Food Benefits do not expire as long as you use your EBT card at least once every nine months to keep your EBT account active.<\/li>\n    <li>Stretch food ingredients and plan to use them in more than one meal. This helps to save money and reduce food waste.\n     <a href=\"https:\/\/cookingmatters.org\/tips\/\">Visit Cooking Matters<\/a> for tips on stretching ingredients and reusing leftovers.<\/li>\n    <li>Freeze your produce to make it last longer. Check out these guides for freezing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.udel.edu\/academics\/colleges\/canr\/cooperative-extension\/fact-sheets\/freezing-fruits\/\">fruits<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.udel.edu\/academics\/colleges\/canr\/cooperative-extension\/fact-sheets\/freezing-vegetables\/\">vegetables<\/a>.<\/li>\n    <li>Look at the unit prices on shelf tags to compare similar products at the grocery store. The unit price is usually displayed to the left of the actual price. \n      It is the cost for a specific amount of the product.
