Households can only use their EBT card online at stores and retailers that accept SNAP EBT online payments. Households cannot pay for service, delivery, shipping, or membership fees with EBT benefits.<\/p>\r\n<br>\r\n        <h2><strong>PARTICIPATING RETAIL LOCATIONS IN DELAWARE<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n        <p>Click <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fns.usda.gov\/snap\/snap-online-retailers\/Delaware\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a><\/strong> for a list of Retailers in Delaware who accept SNAP payments online.<\/p>\r\n        <br>\r\n        <h2><strong>ONLINE SHOPPING TIPS<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n        <p><b>EBT Payment Information<\/b><\/p>\r\n        <p>You will need your Delaware EBT card and Personal Identification Number (PIN) to begin purchasing groceries online at participating stores and retailers.<\/p>\r\n        <p>To get started, create an account and add your EBT card information. You will also need to select a store location and choose pick-up or delivery. You will need to use another payment method to pay for items and fees that cannot be purchased with EBT benefits. Service and delivery fees vary. Please visit each retailer&#8217;s website for specific fee information for your online order.<\/p>\r\n        <p>There are no transaction limits for online purchases. There may be retailer purchase limits to qualify for delivery options. If you do not have enough funds on your EBT card to pay for your order, your order will not be processed and you will need to add another payment method to complete your order.<\/p>\r\n        <p>For Amazon orders, your items will be shipped to the address you provide.<\/p>\r\n        <p>For other retailers, you may choose curbside pickup or delivery (where available) when you checkout.<\/p>\r\n        <p><strong>SNAP Online Retailers<\/strong><\/p>\r\n        <p>Only the stores and retailers listed can accept EBT payments in Delaware at this time. More stores may be added in the future.
