These digital versions can be accessed on a computer or mobile device. The IMRC\n\n\n\n  also maintains depositories of braille and large print books and instructional equipment including assistive technology.\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n\n  Requests from outside agencies and businesses are processed as production resources allow.\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n\n  Materials that are produced in-house are made possible through the efforts of agency staff, <a href=\"volunteer.html\">volunteers<\/a>, and\n\n\n\n  the <strong><em>Men With A Message Braille Program<\/em><\/strong> located at the <a href=\"https:\/\/doc.delaware.gov\/views\/jtvcc.blade.shtml\">James T. Vaughn Correctional Center<\/a>.\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n\n  <strong><em>Men With A Message<\/em><\/strong> is a cooperative program run jointly between the Division for the Visually Impaired and the\n\n\n\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/doc.delaware.gov\/\">Department of Correction<\/a>.
