DHSS\n\n\n  is required to post the attached notice in a conspicuous place at every place of employment of affected employees. Please read the above\n\n\n  posting for additional details.\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/dvi\/pdf\/nosmu2e.pdf\">Notice of State Merit Unit 2 Election<\/a> : (<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/dvi\/txt\/nosmu2e.txt\">notice of election &#8211; text\n\n\n  version<\/a>)\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  <strong>An Election by Secret Ballot will be conducted<\/strong>, under the supervision of the Public Employment Relations Board, among\n\n\n  the unrepresented State Merit employees holding Nonprofessional Patient Care Worker (Unit 2) positions <strong>as defined by 19 Del.C.\n\n\n  \u00a71311A(b)(2)<\/strong> to determine whether those employees desire to be represented for purposes of bargaining.
