Under the law, the State Licensing Agency (SLA) is\n\n\n  granted priority to operate vending facilities on Federal and State property.\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  As independent, self-employed BEP managers, these individuals are responsible for providing quality service in their assigned locations.\n\n\n  The BEP Manager trainee receives instruction in all aspects of food service and fiscal management. A BEP Manager trainee brings to the\n\n\n  job the necessary skills to sustain successful self-employment. Facilities are located throughout the state of Delaware.
