Purpose: The T Building houses administrative offices for the following state department/division
  • Office of Management and Budget
    • Government Support Services
      • Fleet Services
        • Fleet Services supports the automotive missions of Delaware State agencies 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Directions: Please follow the written directions or the red dots on the map below to the T Building.

  1. Right from Route 13 South(North duPont Highway) into Delaware Health and Social Services'(DHSS) Herman M. Holloway Campus
  2. Right onto DHSS traffic circle
  3. Right onto the South Loop (4th turn or “D” on the map)
  4. The T Building is the third building on the left.
  5. The main entrance is indicated by the red “X” on the map.
