The ACT module allows the ACT Case Manager to upload and send appropriate FMLA documents to the employee and to the supervisor. The module automatically determines notification due dates governed by FMLA regulations and documents the history of transactions related to the FMLA case. <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n     \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<!--  <p>          \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n         <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/otsa\/img\/requestfml.jpg\" alt=\"requestfml\"><\/a><\/p>-->\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2><i>Will I receive the FMLA forms that my employee receives? <\/i><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>The tab below gives the ACT Case Manager the option to send appropriate FMLA forms to the employee&#8217;s supervisor.
