ARMS is\n\n\n\n  also responsible for the accounting and collection of all debts owed to the state as a result of an overpayment of benefits in a public\n\n\n\n  welfare program administered by DHSS.\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>\n\n\n\n  Guidelines for Reporting Fraud\n\n\n\n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n\n  In order to ensure that only eligible individuals receive the correct level of benefits, we need your assistance by reporting persons who\n\n\n\n  you think are committing welfare fraud in the following DHSS programs:\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n\n\n\n  <li>TANF (cash assistance)\n\n\n\n  <\/li>\n\n\n\n  <li>Child Care Assistance\n\n\n\n  <\/li>\n\n\n\n  <li>Food Stamps\n\n\n\n  <\/li>\n\n\n\n  <li>Medicaid\n\n\n\n  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n\n  To assist you, ARMS maintains a number of confidential means for reporting welfare fraud.
