plus additional\r\n            mandatory training for supervisors. Teach classes for DHSS employees on a wide range of subjects from stress reduction to problem\r\n            solving. Serve as internal consultants for the DHSS automated timekeeping system, including administration and policy. Provide guidance on Merit Rules, such as leave usage. Perform multiple transactions in the automated system impacting pay\r\n            and\/or benefits, such as promotions or open enrollment for benefit changes.\r\n          <\/li>\r\n          <li>Applicant Services<br \/>\r\n            Issue <a href=\"http:\/\/delawarestatejobs.com\">job announcements<\/a> for DHSS vacancies. Qualify and rate applications. Maintain list of\r\n            qualified applicants and issue certification lists.\r\n          <\/li>\r\n          <li>Labor Relations\/EEO<br \/>\r\n            Provide guidance and advice to managers and supervisors in managing their employee relations\/labor issues. Serve as in-house experts\r\n            for interpretation of federal employment laws such as the Family and Medical Leave, Americans with Disabilities Act and Fair Labor\r\n            Standards Act.
