Authorized Provider System
Welcome to the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services' Authorized Provider System (APS). The APS was established to simplify and expedite the process by which agencies and individual proprietors can become enrolled/authorized to provide residential, day, and/or behavioral services for people with mental retardation/developmental disabilities in the State of Delaware.
