Body Art Establishments
The Body Art Program within Health Systems Protection works to protect the public health by establishing minimum standards for body art establishments. To protect the health of Delawareans the program performs plan reviews, conducts inspections, issues permits, and collects fees to enforce codes in body art establishments throughout the state.
