Options Counseling
| Program/Service description | Options Counseling provides support to people who need assistance in deciding how best to meet their long term care needs. Specifically, options counseling helps people identify their needs and preferences, understand the long term care service options available to them, and make decisions about their care. Options counselors meet with individuals and their families in a variety of settings, including in their homes, in hospitals, in long term care facilities, or in other locations. |
