From the North: (Including: Wilmington and upper New Castle County) Route 13 South or Route 1 South to Odessa Turn Right onto Route 299 (at traffic light) - Exit 136 from Route 1 Proceed approximately 1 mile and turn Left onto Silver Lake Road Turn Left into the Middletown High School facility Proceed to the Appoquinimink State Service Center entrance (at the revolving door) From the South: (Including: Dover and Kent and Sussex Counties) Route 13 North or Route 1 North to Odessa Turn Left onto Route 299 (at traffic light) - Exit 136 from Route 1 Proceed approximately 1 mile and turn Left onto Silver Lake Road Turn Left into the Middletown High School facility Proceed to the Appoquinimink State Service Center entrance (at the revolving door) From the East: (Including: Thomas Landing and Fennimore Landing) Route 299 West Turn Left onto Silver Lake Road (at the blinking light) Turn Left into the School driveway and follow the signs for the Service Center (proceed past the Library and School) The Appoquinimink State Service Center faces Route 299. From the West: (Including: Middletown and Maryland) Route 896 South (over the Summit Bridge) Bear Left onto Route 7 (at 3rd light) Proceed on Route 7 past Parker's, Thriftway and Broad Street (in Middletown) Turn Left onto Main Street/Route 299 (at the 2nd light) Turn Right onto Silver Lake Road at 2nd blinking light (past new Post Office on the right) Proceed on Silver Lake Road past the Fairfield Apartments (on the left) Turn Left into the School driveway and follow the signs for the Service Center (proceed past the Library and School) The Appoquinimink State Service Center faces Route 299.
