Purpose:	The Edward W. Pyle State Service Center currently offers client services administered by Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS) divisions: Division of State Service Centers (DSSC) Community Resource Assistance Services (CRASP) DART Bus Ticket Sales Dental Transportation Emergency Assistance Service (EAS) Emergency Shelter - is provided for eligible EAS clients Needy Family Fund Food Closet Kinship Care Program Teen Voucher Utility Assistance Division of Social Services (DSS) Child Care Food Stamps General Assistance Healthy Children Medicaid Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Division of Public Health (DPH) Child Health Clinic Immunizations Lead Screening Pregnancy Testing HIV counseling and testing WIC - Supplemental Nutrition Program for pregnant and nursing women, infants and young children. Family Planning Delaware Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families (DSCYF) Division of Family Services (DFS) Delaware Department of State (DOS) Delaware Commission of Veterans Affairs and other services: Alcoholics Anonymous Bookmobile Lower Sussex Little League Mammography Van Pyle Child Development Center Roxanna Cheer Center T.O.P.S. --- Weight Loss Program Vocational Rehabilitation
