Hours: Business Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Purpose: The DDDS/Community Services and OBRA Building currently offers administrative services administered by Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS) divisions:

From the North
(Including: Smyrna and Northern New Castle County)
  1. Route 13 South (to Dover)
  2. Turn Right onto State Street (just past the Agricultural Museum)
  3. Turn Right onto Walker Road (at second light)
  4. Turn Right onto Silver Lake Boulevard (at first light)
  5. Take first Left
  6. The DDDS/Community Services and OBRA Building will be on the right.

From the South
(Including: Milford, Georgetown, lower Kent County and Sussex County)
  1. Route 113 North
    Route 113 and 13 will merge. Continue on Route 13 North
  2. Turn Left onto Route 8/Division Street
  3. Turn Right onto North Governors Avenue
  4. Turn Left onto Walker Road
  5. Turn Right onto Silver Lake Boulevard
  6. Take first Left
  7. The DDDS/Community Services and OBRA Building will be on the right.

From the East
(Including: Little Creek Landing)
  1. Route 9 North
  2. Turn Left onto Route 8/Division Street
  3. Turn Right onto North Governors Avenue
  4. Turn Left onto Walker Road
  5. Turn Right onto Silver Lake Boulevard
  6. Take first Left
  7. The DDDS/Community Services and OBRA Building will be on the right.

From the West
(Including: Hartly, Bethesda and the Chesapeake Bay Bridge)
  1. Route 301/50 East
  2. Take Route 301 North at 301/50 split
  3. Route 304 East
  4. Take Route 313 Southeast
  5. Route 311 North
  6. Route 8 East
  7. Turn Left onto Governors Avenue
  8. Turn Left onto Walker Road
  9. Turn Right onto Silver Lake Boulevard
  10. Take the first left
  11. The DDDS/Community Services and OBRA Building will be on the right.
