- I-95 South
- Take Route 896 North (Exit 1 to Newark)
- Turn Right onto East Chestnut Hill Road
- Turn Right at the stop sign
- The DSS/Robscott Building is on the right.
- OR -
- Route 2 (Kirkwood Highway) West
- Turn Right onto Route 4 West
- Turn Left onto Old Chestnut Hill Road
- Turn Left at the first intersection
- The entrance to the DSS/Robscott Building is across from the Park and Ride pavilion
From the South:
(Including: Bear, Lower New Castle County and Kent and Sussex Counties)
- Route 896 North
- Turn Right onto East Chestnut Hill Road (This turn is after you cross the I-95 overpass)
- Turn Right at the stop sign
- The DSS/Robscott Building is on the right.
From the East:
- I-95 toward Newark (most likely South)
- Follow the appropriate I-95 directions (from the north or west) for getting to the DSS/Robscott Building
From the West:
(Including: Elkton, Maryland)
- I-95 North
- Take Route 896 North (Exit 1 to Newark)
- Turn Right onto East Chestnut Hill Road
- Turn Right at the stop sign
