Services
The Office of the Secretary manages 11 Divisions, through which Direct Services are provided. Among services available through DHSS are Medicaid, SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), the Children’s Health Insurance Program, TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families), Vaccines for Children, and Child Support Services, as well as general services for the Aging, and for individuals with Developmental and Physical Disabilities, Visual Impairments, Mental Health and other Vulnerable Populations.
