NCI Information
Overview:
The National Core Indicators (NCI) Project consists of annual surveys that help states assess the quality of services available to adults who have intellectual or developmental disabilities. This year Delaware is, once again, working with Vital Research to reach individuals and their families in the DDDS service system.Families will be randomly chosen to participate. Vital Research’s trained interviewers will meet with individuals to learn how well the services they receive meet their needs and how the services could be improved. This survey gives you the opportunity to share your opinions, feedback, and personal experiences with the services you’ve received from the state.
Visit the National NCI webpage to view past survey results.
Here are important things to know:
- Your participation is voluntary
- Your services and supports will not be affected whether you participate or not
- All responses and information shared remain confidential
