Purpose:	The Edward W. Pyle State Service Center currently offers client services administered by Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS) divisions: State Service Centers and Social Services Buildings Community Resource Assistance Services (CRASP) Diabetes Fund Emergency Assistance Service (EAS) Emergency Shelter – is provided for eligible EAS clients, referrals made to HPC (Homeless Planning Council) Needy Family Fund Food Closet Kinship Care Program Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program Referrals Teen Voucher Utility Assistance Division of Social Services (DSS) Child Care Food Benefits General Assistance Medicaid Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Division of Public Health (DPH) Hours of Operations: 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Mondays through Friday’s by appointment only. Family Planning HIV counseling and testing Pregnancy Testing WIC – Supplemental Nutrition Program for pregnant and nursing women, infants and young children. Delaware Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families (DSCYF) Division of Family Services (DFS) and other services: Lower Sussex Little League Mammography Van Pyle Child Development Center Roxanna Cheer Center
