Purpose:	The Bridgeville State Service Center currently offers client services administered by Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS) divisions: State Service Centers and Social Services Buildings Community Resource Assistance Services (CRASP) Diabetes Fund Emergency Assistance Service (EAS) Emergency Shelter – is provided for eligible EAS clients, referrals made to HAD (Housing Alliance of Delaware) Needy Family Fund Food Closet Kinship Care Program Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program Referrals Teen Voucher Utility Assistance Division of Social Services (DSS) Child Care Food Benefits General Assistance Medicaid Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Change Report Center
