Background Checks are changing!
A new electronic tool to help employers gather the information they need to make a hiring decision is
operational. The new tool is the Background
Check Center, the BCC. There is a new law
which establishes the system.

with the information - including training opportunities - associated with the new, mandatory background
check process, which starts in early 2013.
