The Delaware Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) is now available to help to older persons, adults with physical disabilities, and caregivers statewide. The ADRC is operated by the Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities with support from partner agencies.
There is no charge to receive help from the ADRC, and assistance is provided regardless of a person's income.
Delaware ADRC services include information and assistance; options counseling; and service enrollment support. These services are delivered in a variety of locations, including in an individual's home, in hospitals, and in long-term care facilities.
Following is a brief description of how the Delaware ADRC provides help:
