Attention Medicaid Participants: Eligibility Renewals Restarted April 1, 2023
Due to problems with the hot water system at Emily P. Bissell Hospital (EPBH), residents of the state-run long-term care facility in Wilmington have been given assistance in identifing other settings to meet their care needs.
Equipment and parts necessary to replace the boiler at EBPH have been ordered. Work will begin as soon as everything is received. We anticipate that work will begin the second week in April.
As of March 31, 2015, all 48 residents were moved to other settings.
