The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly called Food Stamps, is operated in Delaware by the Division of Social Services (DSS).

Apply online using Delaware ASSIST
Contact one of Delaware's SNAP Outreach programs:
- Food Bank of Delaware's SNAP Outreach Program (Statewide)
- Jewish Family Service's SNAP Outreach Program (New Castle County)
- Modern Maturity Center's SNAP Outreach Program (Kent County)
