Described and Captioned Media Program
The Described and Captioned Media Program is funded by the U.S Department of Education and administered by the National Association of the Deaf. It is a free-loan program that has open-captioned media available to all persons in the US who have a hearing loss, as well as teachers, parents, and others. Over 4,000 titles are currently available, and approximately 300 new titles are added each year.
