Division of Services for Aging and Physical Disabilities' (DSAAPD) publications are presented in PDF format. To access a PDF document, you need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader software on your computer. If your computer does not already have Acrobat Reader, you can download it free from the Adobe website.
Adobe Acrobat Reader will allow you read, save or print a document. It will also allow you to adjust the size if you need the words to be larger on your computer screen.
Some PDF documents take a extra time to download, depending on the speed of your internet connection. Please be patient while waiting for large documents, like the Guide to Services for Older Delawareans and Persons with Disabilities, to appear on your screen.
Most PDF files are accessible to individuals who use special devices, like screen readers, to get information on the internet. Some of DSAAPD's publications were created in older PDF formats which are not accessible to people using screen readers. We have included text-only versions of these older documents along with the PDF versions.Text-only documents contain no graphics and generally have less text formatting than other types of documents.
