Constituent Relations

This office receives inquiries and referrals from a variety of sources, including constituents, legislators, the congressional delegation, the Governor's office, as well as other departments within the state. To make a constituent inquiry, email dhssinfo@delaware.gov. These inquiries may relate to any of the 11 divisions within our departments.

When a referral is received, it is reviewed and routed to the appropriate division for investigation, responsive action and a timely reply.
