The Delaware Office of Emergency Medical Services provides staff support for DEMSOC meeting as well as the annual report. The DEMSOC meets several times throughout the year in public meetings to address current issues and provide support for developing workable solution to those issues.
The annual DEMSOC report is created to detail the status of EMS in the state of Delaware. This annual report provides a detailed accounting of the EMS system as a whole while at the same time allowing for direct comparisons between the years. The DEMSOC report is presented to the Governor and the citizens of Delaware every spring.
