Facility Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Purpose: The Belvedere State Service Center currently offers client services administered by Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS) divisions:
  • Needy Family Fund
  • Diabetes Fund
  • Kinship Care
  • Teen Voucher
  • Utility Assistance
  • Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program Referrals
Directions: Directions to the Belvedere State Service Center
Parking: Parking for the Belvedere State Service Center can be found adjacent to the building. Proceed to the end of Lloyd Street and turn Right onto Kiamensi Road. Proceed past the Center and turn Left into its parking lot.
