In the event of multiple births or adoptions (for example, the birth or adoption of twins) occurring, the length of the Parental Leave remains the 12 calendar weeks for the birth or adoption.
Surrogate mothers and sperm donors are excluded from coverage under this policy.
Adoption of a child older than six years of age is excluded from coverage under this policy.
An employee may not use Parental Leave to cover an absence resulting from an administered disciplinary suspension.
