After the employee requests FMLA using eSTAR, the ACT module allows the ACT Case Manager to determine FMLA eligibility and to facilitate the FMLA process for the employee. The ACT module allows the ACT Case Manager to upload and send appropriate FMLA documents to the employee and to the supervisor. The module automatically determines notification due dates governed by FMLA regulations and documents the history of transactions related to the FMLA case.
The tab below gives the ACT Case Manager the option to send appropriate FMLA forms to the employee's supervisor. The supervisor's email is automatically populated onto the tab.
