REQUESTING FMLA AND USING eSTAR


To get you started with FMLA, you'll need to log into eSTAR and submit your FMLA request electronically. Once your request has been submitted, an ACT Case Manager will be assigned to manage your leave.

If your FMLA is approved/designated, you can monitor your FMLA case by reviewing your dashboard. The job aid below will assist you in managing your FMLA case.

Please do not choose "other" as the reason for requesting FMLA and do not choose "some other schedule" when choosing the duration that you expect to be away from work.
