Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health, Delaware Health and Social Services has developed a draft-application for the FFY 2012-2013 Combined Behavioral Health Assessment and Plan (CBHAP). The CBHAP Block Grant Application includes the State Plan for community mental health services for adults and children, adults and children with substance use conditions, prevention services and other related services Individuals are invited to submit written comments and recommendations regarding the application's description of the intended use of the funds. Comments should be addressed to: Director, Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health, 1901 North DuPont Highway, New Castle, DE, 19720. Faxed Comments may be transmitted to the Director at (302) 255-4427. All comments must be received no later than 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, August 30, 2011, to be considered.
