WHAT:	Public hearings for all interested parties to comment on the State of Delaware's intent to seek Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) authorization of a state Lead-Based Paint Renovation Program. EPA currently administers this program, which includes oversight of routine repair and renovations, a major source of lead exposure for children.
