9th Annual Delaware Maternal and Child Health Summit Opening and Video: the "Social Determinants of Health" This year's theme
is "Social Determinants of Health: Engaging the Social Context to Improve Birth Outcomes." Hunger, poverty, substandard
housing, pollution and dropping out of school all impact the health of mothers and infants. Connecting where people live, work,
and play to public health outcomes will be featured in a 9:00 a.m. showing of the "Place Matters" segment of the Unnatural
Causes video series.
