The annual event promotes the importance of physical activity and wellness among State of Delaware employees, pensioners, and faculty and staff from all public school districts and charter schools.
As a result of the 5K race, Kings Highway between Reed Street and Division Street will have road barricades set up from 10:30 a.m. until about 1:30 p.m. Also, Division Street between State Street and Park Drive will be temporarily closed from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Police will be on hand to redirect traffic as necessary. |
