As a veterinarian, you are supporting the state spay & neuter fund and its mission to reduce pet overpopulation in Delaware. You do this by collecting and forwarding a rabies surcharge on each rabies vaccine administered to cats and dogs. 16 Del.C. §3014F
Providers interested in performing surgeries for the Spay & Neuter Program should contact the Spay & Neuter Program coordinator at spayneuter@delaware.gov.
