Start with the Delaware Citizens Corps

  The Delaware Citizens Corps is a grassroots movement that actively involves communities across Delaware
   in becoming safer, stronger and better prepared. It is an avenue to learn and interact with other members of

Get Resources and Toolkits from the Experts

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Prevention and the United States Department of Health and Human Services have developed toolkits to provide community leaders with ready-to-use resources about pandemic influenza so that you may encourage your community to get involved and begin to prepare.
