Delaware Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) Provides Assistance Statewide

The Delaware Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) is now available to help to older persons, adults with physical disabilities, and caregivers statewide. The ADRC is operated by the Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities with support from partner agencies.

There is no charge to receive help from the ADRC, and assistance is provided regardless of a person's income.

Delaware ADRC services include information and assistance; options counseling; and service enrollment support. These services are delivered in a variety of locations, including in an individual's home, in hospitals, and in long-term care facilities.

Following is a brief description of how the Delaware ADRC provides help:

Information and Assistance Options Counseling Service Enrollment Support
Helps individuals and their families learn about programs, services, activities, events, and other community resources related to aging and disabilities in Delaware and provides information about how they can get connected with the resources that they need Helps individuals and their families evaluate, discuss, identify, and/or clarify long term care options, needs and preferences Helps individuals through the process of getting enrolled in the services or programs that they need

Delaware ADRC staff are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM to answer questions and to provide assistance. To get help for yourself or someone you know please contact the Delaware ADRC by phone or email.
